History
Everything begins in 2003 when MikaA decided to create his own team on Trackmania (1.0). It grew up quickly and obtained good results at the first league (a.k.a LE1), playing the playoffs but losing because of the departure of its most skilled members at that time.
Lacking of good recruits by the time of the next leagues (LE2,LE3,...), the team was considered doomed like many other teams that had to melt with other ones (Clodos, RR, Grouik, SF), or just give up (TMF, NO²). But the team kept on until the release of Trackmania Sunrise, which did not change much thing, but allowed to recruit future good players.
When Trackmania Nations was released, some of the most skilled players of the C-K team decided to play intensively on it and soon got an excellent racing level. Thus, many good players decided to join the team by snowball effect.
Quick propositions of sponsoring from WebOne and GG were offered, and in September 2006 the TMN part of the team decided to join WebOne. But after less than a year of unsuccessful cooperation, the w1.TMN team decided massively to join Dimension 4 by June 2007.
The rest of the team plays Trackmania United by contributing to the community by creating skins and tracks, and racing and playing the ET Leagues for fun.
Some of C-K players play both TMN with the D4 tag and TMU with the [C-K] tag.

Legend of Scrounch
All begins with the creation of the first C-K skins by WolfBlade, of an unbelievable quality and an unforgettable horn, with a sound of cereals being chewed, with the characteristic 'scrounch' or 'crunch' sound.
With the trend of saying 'Grouiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiik' in TM servers by that time, it became a priority for the C-K team to find a way to counter the invasion of piglets. So began the 'scrounchmania', reinforced by the arrival of Maniaproof.
Then, some expressions which may have been invented by Carl were seen in the game, such as 'Have Scrounch' or 'May the Scrounch Be With You'. The meaning of such expressions remain vague and quite hard to understand for lambda players.
The expression 'Scrounnnnnnnncccccccccccchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh' is commonly used to denigrate opponents, say 'Hello', 'Goodbye', or to strengthen team spirit; but not all at the same time.
