TM Wiki wants to keep coherence between articles regarding their classification, their template and their translation.

Rule 1 : choose the title
Take care of the article title. It's this title that will be used as reference on other pages.
Try to use the shortest title possible. Avoid whole phrases, use only words, and very few of them. The purpose of an article is in its category, not its title.
For example, don't call it "MediaTracker tutorial" but just "MediaTracker", and put it in the tutorial category.
You can create sub articles which depend on other articles. If you do, use the title of the article as a prefix in the sub-article.
For example, "Map" is the general article on maps. "Map : Scorpius chronical" is another article on how to create good maps using Scorpius' advice.
Avoid using names in the articles, especially your own. This applies even moreso to article titles. The wiki is a common creation, not a personnal work. The above example refers to an external audio tutorial created by Scorpius, and is an exception.
Rule 2 : an article belong to one category
By choice, the category list is limited. We ask you not to create any new categories, but to only use existing ones.
An article has to belong to a category. Add tags related to the category as soon as you create the article.
Rule 3 : tag the article if it's under construction
If the article or a section is under construction, or if the article needs a major refit, please add the following to the article:

This will set the article into a specific "under construction" category which list all articles that need more information.
Rule 4 : create the French topic
TM Wiki is build on 2 websites :
- this English website,
- the French website: Main page
We want both sites to use the same structure, so articles can be as coherent as possible.

Rule 5 : use other article as template to create yours
The best way to writing in the proper format is to reproduce what has already been done. Read other article in the same category and check how it's been written. Favor structures that are already in use.
