Press Forward (PF) Tracks

Press Forward tracks are a type of tracks that are constructed in such a way that they use and solely rely on the physics of the TrackMania game to get your vehicle from start to finish with only pressing the cursor up key.

The art of creating a PF track which can be finished by only pressing the UP-key is to create a construction or sequence of blocks that - when you start to drive- will manipulate the car in such a way that it reaches the finish by flipping back and forward, hitting obestacles or hit blocks in such a way that they become manipulative and bring the vehicle into a certain new angle to go onward to the next object untill you reach the end of the track.

History

Press Forward tracks became a hype when people started to be inspired by the nerve wrecking and highly addictive time addict designed by Ariakan back in the beginning of 2004

From that moment on it was considered a contribution to the many unique faces of the true spirit of TrackMania if you are a mapper who can accomplish tracks of this type.

Also variations on the theme came into existens. Press backwards and even press nothing (self explanitory) tracks were made.
