to make a tm mod just do this: 1. download gimp WITH dds plugin (photoshop works too) http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ADYY1ZUR 2. copy all of the files in one of the folders in the tm folder into any place outside tm folders 3. edit them with the gimp program and uze winzip to zip the files(all of them) 4. put it into tm folder/skins/stadium/mod if folders arent there make em 5. if you want it easier just download into same folder from here:http://trackmaniarpg.blogspot.com/2009/07/mods.html tada
