The game won't launch
If you have troubles when launching the game, please follow these steps:
- Check your directX version (Microsoft DirectX version 9.0b or higher is required to run the game).
- Make sure the CD protection test succeeds (The CD protection test doesn't work).
- Check your graphic drivers (Where can I download my graphic card updated drivers?).
If nothing helps you can get in touch with the technical support whose email is written in your game manual.
The CD protection test doesn't work
When you first launch the game, the following message will appear : "Please enter your key for the disc ...". You will find this code at the bottom of the black and white flyer (24 characters key). If the protection test fails, please send the report file to contact the technical support.
A dialog box indicates that the file D3D9.dll can not be found
If the file D3D9.dll is missing, you need to install Microsoft DirectX version 9.0b or higher. DirectX9.0b is available on the game cd in this directory: "Dx9.0b Redist\DirectX9". You can also download it from Microsoft's official website: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx
The game crashes when I move the mouse
In the launcher, click on Configure->Emulate cursor, and save. When the cursor is emulated, its reaction time will be slightly slower.
